An experienced Facility Security Officer (FSO) and Insider Threat Program Security Officer with 20 years' experience, David has worked for large and small clients — including serving as FSO & Security Manager for General Dynamics – AIS at their headquarters in Fairfax, VA.
The son of a retired Army Colonel, David is a proud graduate of Valley Forge Military Academy and holds M.S. and B.A. degrees from Southern University A&M in Baton Rouge, LA.
He is a two-time speaker at the Annual HUBZone Conference in Chantilly, VA, and a presenter at several NCMS chapter meetings.
